I like to complain about gas prices. I think there is more reason to complain now then the last several times I have, where gas was only $2.49. It wasn't that long ago I was complaining about gas being as low as $2.25, and now I wish it was only $49 to fill up my tank. Yesterday it was $55 I believe, and that was less than 19 gallons, so I wasn't even empty yet?

There's talk that gas will definitely reach $4.00 a gallon, its just a question of when and for how long? At that price, how many people can actually afford to continue to drive like we do, taking weekend trips and vacations where you drive several hundred or thousand miles? I know I will be one person who cuts out that kind of driving. You will see me driving on a little damn scooter instead.
