What a night
Last night I was priviledges enough to see Alan Jackson/Martina McBride in concert. Not only that, but I got to meet Alan Jackson as well. What a treat, he's a tall dude.
It was a great show, and really cool to meet and get a picture with Alan Jackson. It made up for having to drive home at 3 in the morning and work Saturday as a result.
Today I am getting an alarm put on my truck and the windows tinted as a result of it being broken into several weeks ago.
My big screen is getting fixed now too, no more dead pixels.
Sweet.

YEAH
Its done. I finally finished upgrading the Veterinary Clinic who I wrote a scheduling system for.
Talk about a busy clinic. 23,000 appointment in 18 or so months. That is crazy.
Now I just have to figure out what to bill them...

Not sure
Not sure what to say today. Don't really have anything profound or even boring to say. Hmmm....

Slow driver day. I think I got stuck behind every slow driver in Metro Detroit going to and from work today.
This leads me into my thought for today. I love where I live, and love my apartment. That being said, I absolutely despise the fact that I spend about an hour and 40 minutes every day in my truck driving to and from work. I'm moving 10 miles closer in a couple weeks, but is that enough? Its hard to find a balance between living in an area I feel comfortable in and still living close to work. It looks like 24 miles is about the limit.

Going to Alan Jackson
I found out on Friday that I'm gonna get to meet Alan Jackson in Fort Wayne on Thursday! How crazy is that? Here is a link to the concert info. Should be a great concert.
On another note, I got to play with my new doggie George all weekend. 10 more days till he's ours for good. Here are some new pictures.

I still hate Insurance people
Insurance people are the scum of the earth. They're damn quick with bills, but somehow it takes much longer to issue a check.
I wonder if insurance companies can have insurance with themselves or have to use another company?

Insurance people suck
Why do insurance companies act all nice until you get a claim? Then its impossible to get anything out of them and they take forever to get things taken care of. What a crock.

Getting it
Its about time. Things are finally getting taken care of with my truck after it was broken into last week. Insurance companies are the thing to own. No matter what, they come out ahead. You can pay in for 10 years and never have an accident, but then when you do you know damn well your premium will increase. They will NEVER pay out more than what you pay in.

Long day
Good thing I'm staying home this weekend. Leaving for work around 5 am and getting home about 9 just doesn't seem right to me. I'm about to fall asleep..........

Fun in St. Louis
I had a nice, long weekend visiting my parents down in St. Louis over the weekend. Until I got back to the Detroit airport and got in my truck to see some hooligan had stolen my radio out of it.
What is wrong with people these days? The funniest part is the radio didn't work that well anymore anyway and I was considering replacing it.
Guess it works out since they didn't really damage anything else.

Cranky Day
Apparently I didn't get the memo. Today (and yesterday too for that matter) must be national cranky day. Maybe its National Cranky week. Everyone just seems to be pissed off and in a bad mood.
Lighten up.

Monday Monday
Well this short week is off to a good start. I woke up before my alarm went off, so I'm good and awake. (even after having a weekend 1 hour shorter than normal) Work has been busy thus far, but I already did everything I needed to get done, so now I need to find something to work on.
Its cold outside, but beautiful blue sky and sunny so I can deal with it. The moon was huge coming into work this morning, I wish I had a camera with me to take a picture of it.
Snack Time.

Wow
I just saw a note at work that said Ford sol 80,000 F-Series trucks in March. IN MARCH ALONE. That is roughly two trucks a minute for the month of March. As a whole, Ford sold 310,000 vehicles in March. That is nearly 7 vehicles a minute, or one every 9 seconds. That seems crazy, especially considering there are 3 other car companies that sell close to or more than what ford does.

Comments
I was wondering is anyone else reading this...becuase if they aren't then you need to spice it up...gggrrrr...you so sexy :)
